Important Reminders

In-Person Examination May Still Be Required

While virtual consultations are highly effective for initial assessment and emergency advice, you may still need to actively seek an in-person dental examination for comprehensive diagnosis, physical treatments, or procedures that require hands-on care. Our dentists will advise you during the consultation if an in-person visit is clinically necessary.

Additional Pharmacy Charges Apply

When paying for your consultation, please remember that there will be an extra charge at the pharmacy to get your medication dispensed. The consultation fee (£65 for phone, £85 for video) covers the professional assessment and electronic prescription service only. Standard pharmacy dispensing fees are separate and charged directly by the pharmacy.
